The first step in becoming a Certified Professional is to pass the relevant qualifying examination.
With successful completion of a certificate course or a passing score on an exam, you may apply for ABCP, CFCP, CBCP, or CBCV levels of certification.
You may find more information here.
There are application fees for each certification application you complete. This fee is for the processing of the application. Please refer to the Certification section for more information on fees for each certification level.
Use the Professional Practices as your guide for your essays. You should write about your experience in the first person.
If you would like to apply for a certification in a given career track, you must first pass the relevant Qualifying Exam. If you have already passed the exam to achieve a lower certification in the same track, you simply need to submit a new application.
Exam scores are only released as pass or fail.
Organizations today are confronted by a wide range of cyberattacks, and your organization is no exception. There are countless opportunities for hackers to cause massive disruptions, all of which will require a response that will involve you. Cyber resilience marries cybersecurity and business continuity to create an environment in which both disciplines work together to maximize effectiveness and protect the organization from cyber threats. The Cyber Resilience certification is an innovative, completely unique credential identifying professionals with this emerging and in-demand skill set.
No, there are no prerequisites for taking the course and exam.
For more information please visit https://drii.org/education/CRLE-2000
The target audience is all resilience and BCP professionals.
No, this is a distinct certification apart from ABCP, CBCP, CFCP, MBCP or CBCV. To qualify for this certification, you must first pass the Cyber Resilience Examination, which is totally different from the DRI Qualifying Examination.
At this time there is no means by which you can just take the exam. Due to the nature of the material, it is unlikely that one would be able to pass the exam without taking the course.
Yes, you may retake the exam for an additional fee of $250.
Once you have passed the Cyber Resilience Examination, there will be an application process. You will choose either the ACRP or CCRP and will be required to provide references to demonstrate experience in cyber resilience. The experience period will vary based upon the designation for which you are submitting an application. Please log into your DRI account to view the application.
The exam is 2.5 hours and is administered on the last day of the course.
The exam is multiple-choice, consisting of 100 questions.
Open badges are web-enabled versions of a credential, certification or learning outcome which can be verified in real-time, online.
Once your DRI certification is approved, you will automatically earn a badge associated with the certification. You will receive an email notification from our digital badging partner Acclaim (admin@youracclaim.com) with instructions for claiming your badge and setting up your account.
The ability to publish digital credentials on the blockchain brings an additional level of external verification. When you choose to publish your digital badge(s) to the blockchain, it creates a permanent record of that digital credential that cannot be tampered with or removed.
Please note that publishing to the blockchain is always driven by you, the badge holder. This is accessible when you view your badge, click on the ‘Share’ button, and then click on the last tab option on the right hand side of the text window that has the blockchain icon.
